酥脆热狗派


买了现成的酥油皮，就让热狗先上阵吧! 下次才炒馅料来包。

第一次做并没想到热狗的膨胀会使酥油皮破裂。我想包得太紧也是原因之一。
虽然如此，但皮还是很酥脆爽口，再加上热狗。。。就是孩子们的最爱了!

    Try poke some holes on the hot dog before baking, it will not expand too much.
